On 5 May 2025 our Holding company X-Tech BV has been established. Our offices are in J.M. Keynesplein 4 Amsterdam.The Holding company will coordinate and manage directly all its MdG affiliates for the digital services globally and support directly and through its subsidiaries R&D of our own digital products.This further growth step in the MdG group gives a global structure to the entire network and an international support to all our customers world-wide.
